  • Other fitness and health information stored in your Garmin account

4.1 With Your Consent

We share your information with your designated coach or athletes as part of the core functionality of the App. When you connect with a coach or athlete, you consent to share specific training and performance data according to the relationship settings you choose within the App.

4.2 Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your information with third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf, such as:

  • Cloud hosting providers
  • Data analytics providers
  • Customer service providers
  • Email service providers
  • Payment processors

4.3 Garmin Connect

With your authorization, we share data with Garmin Connect via their API to facilitate the syncing of workout information, training plans, and athletic performance data between platforms.

4.4 Legal Requirements

We may access, preserve, and share your information in response to a legal request if we have a good faith belief that the law requires us to do so. This may include responding to legal requests from jurisdictions outside of the United States where we have a good faith belief that the response is required by law in that jurisdiction, affects users in that jurisdiction, and is consistent with internationally recognized standards.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or a portion of our business or assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.

We store your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your information, we will delete or anonymize it.

You may revoke our access to your Garmin Connect account at any time through your Garmin Connect account settings or by contacting us directly. Please note that revoking access will limit the functionality of our App.

7.3 Location Information

You can choose whether or not to allow the App to collect and use information about your location. You can disable location services for the App in your device settings.

8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
